Physical Products

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Digital Products & Downloads

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not available once the file has been downloaded or accessed, unless the content is faulty or not as described.

Workshops, Events & Services

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled event will be refunded in full.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will not be refunded, but we may be able to transfer your booking to another date or participant.
