Refund Policy

At The 360 Business, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our refund terms below.

Physical Products

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason.

  • You must notify us in writing (email is fine) before returning the item.

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Digital Products & Downloads

  • Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not available once the file has been downloaded or accessed, unless the content is faulty or not as described.

  • If you have technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us so we can help.

Workshops, Events & Services

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled event will be refunded in full.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will not be refunded, but we may be able to transfer your booking to another date or participant.

  • If we cancel an event or service, you will receive a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at hello@the360business.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Reason for return or cancellation

We will confirm the next steps within 5 working days.
