I didn’t start The 360 Business because I wanted to build just another brand. I started it because, after years in the trenches, I knew exactly what I wished I’d had when I was running my business through both the wins and the hard seasons.
I’ve been through the workshops, the incubators, the endless “best practice” sessions — and while the processes and strategies matter, they never seemed to focus on the human behind the business. The person juggling late-night deadlines with school runs, caring for family, or navigating personal crises while still keeping things afloat.
I wanted to build something that put people first. Something that reminded you – the one making it all happen – that you matter as much as the work you produce.
The first thing I created under The 360 was The 360 Prompt Decks, born from my own need for a tool that could challenge me to think differently when I was running my business alone. Alongside this sits our legacy collection, Minding My Own Business, which I began years ago as a personal celebration of Black women making incredible strides in business. It’s now part of The 360 because it embodies exactly what we stand for: visibility, affirmation and credit where it’s due.
Then came Truthwear. After a string of tough business experiences, I wanted to create something that felt like a quiet but powerful reward. Words you could wear as a reminder that you are still valuable, still standing, still moving forward — even after the challenges that never make it to social media.
They’re the things I wish someone had handed me and said, “Here. You’re not alone.”
Because here at The 360, we build for the people at the heart of it all. Always.
